I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The bungalow was beautifully decorated and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The chef even treated me to a special lunch on New Year's Eve. The pool was absolutely stunning and provided a great place to relax. The surrounding nature was breathtaking and added to the overall ambiance. I also appreciated the free transfer to and from the airport, which made my arrival and departure hassle-free.
I highly recommend this hotel to families.

The staff were unbelievably helpful and caring, the rooms were massive and clean, the bath was huge, the pool was great for swimming laps, and it offered a peaceful oasis away from the busy streets. Free shuttle tuk-tuk from the airport.
All was good.

I recently had a city break at a wonderful resort and loved the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. the pool was large and clean, and there were plenty of sun loungers available. the location was also great, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.
the Wi-Fi signal was weak in some parts of the resort, which made it difficult to stay connected.

This hotel is great for a peaceful and comfortable stay away from the city hustle. The pool is clean and refreshing with plenty of lounge chairs around. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive, and they offer a free shuttle to the city center. The rooms are spacious and provide all the necessary amenities.
The Wi-Fi connection is slow, but it is understandable given the hotel's location away from the city. The breakfast buffet could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Clean and large rooms with spacious baths. The pool is large and has many sun beds. Attentive and caring staff. Reasonable price.
Nothing, all great.

The hotel's surroundings are pleasant, but not enough to compensate for the issues we've encountered. Although the rooms are spacious, they're barely illuminated due to small windows. the bathroom wasn't in good condition, and the lack of clean towels was disappointing. the breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. On the bright side, the staff was friendly and helpful, although their English skills were limited.
The overall maintenance and hygiene of the hotel were poor, which ruined the experience.
